Closed Captions give viewers the flexibility to watch without sound. Captions are automatically generated and available to all viewers for videos created on Business and Enterprise plans.

To toggle closed captions on and off, click the “㏄” icon on the lower right corner of the video player. Learn more about transcription and Closed Captions in our Help Center.

Now you can leave a comment at a specific moment in a video, right from the video player.

When typing a comment, the video will pause and timestamp your comment.

In-video comments work everywhere you share your video, whether it’s in Slack, Github, or embedded on a website. Learn more in our Help Center.

Using Loom and Salesforce? With our new integration available on the Enterprise plan, sales teams can track Loom video views, completion rates, reactions, comments, and downloads for Contacts and Leads – all in Salesforce.

It also helps Sales Managers measure the impact Loom has on the sales process. Team leads can easily identify top-performing reps and share the best videos with the entire team.
